                   AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 20-FOOT SEWER
                   EASEMENT AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 66,
                   BONNY OAKS INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE PARK, AND
                   ACCEPTING A NEW SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
                   RELOCATED CLOSER TO THE PROPERTY LINE, MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AS SHOWN BY
                   THE NEW PLAT ATTACHED HERETO.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
         abandoned a 20-foot sewer easement at the northwest corner of 
Lot
         66, Bonny Oaks Industrial and Office Park, created by 
instrument
         recorded in Deed Book 2532, Page 930, ROHC.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That there is 
hereby
         accepted a new sanitary sewer easement across said property as
         shown on the plat attached hereto and made a part hereof by 
refer-
         ence and recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 74, ROHC.
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage as 
provided
         by law.
